Does the tutor have the qualifications and knowledge to tutor my child?

Our tutors are either graduates or qualified teachers who are competent in their specialist subject area and are familiar with the relevant Primary, GCSE/IGCSE, A Level or Degree syllabus. They have up to date knowledge of the curriculum and exam boards including AQA, EDEXCEL, OCR and WJEC. All our tutors have a DBS (Disclosure and Barring Service) certificate.

 

Will I/ my child and the tutor get along?

Classic Smart Tutors are friendly, professional and motivational. We support our students throughout to ensure they achieve the best in their exams.

How will the tutor teach my child?

We recognise that students have different ways of learning and all our tutors can adapt to their individual needs.

 

Where does the tuition take place?

Classic Smart Tutors can provide lessons at your home, the local library or online. Please let us know your preference for where you would like tuition to take place and we will do our best to accommodate your needs.

How can I support my child with their education?

Regular tuition sessions will help motivate your child. By investing lessons with Classic Smart Tutors, you are already contributing to your child’s development. Getting feedback from the tutor, showing an interest in your child’s progress and being positive throughout your child’s educational experiences will also support the process.

How can I book a tutor?

We are open from 9am-7pm weekdays and 10am-6pm on Saturdays. Please contact us through our website or call us on 07599 277 468.

Do you provide online tuition?

Yes we have online tuition available at your request.

How often should I have a lesson?

There are no set hours per day for lessons. They usually take place on a weekly basis for one or two hours at a time.

Do I have to book a course of lessons?

Yes, lessons are booked in advance before the beginning of the first lesson. Registration is free. Classic Smart Tutors do not charge our clients a registration fee.
